Work Description

Demolition

• Remove metal jamb wall (up to beam) to accommodate a wider refrigerator.
• Remove metal jamb on passage to dining room.
• Disconnect and remove appliances (dishwasher will be saved).
• Remove cabinets, countertop, and flooring.

Electrical

• Disconnect electric panel and splice box.
• Relocate electric panel to a new location.
• Provide wiring and install (4) recessed lights.
• Install outlets (number to meet code).
• Install dishwasher (DW) and microwave (MW).
• Install outlets (number to meet code).
• Note: DW and MW will be on separate circuits as per code. Wiring updates to meet code, if required, are not included.

Plumbing

• Provide plumbing and install water filter for serving sink and bathroom shower.
• Install sink, faucet, dishwasher (DW), and range.
• Note: Running plumbing for the refrigerator is not included.

Carpentry/Construction

• Patch holes created by electrician and plumber.
• Patch walls and ceiling where walls are removed.
• Install cabinets and hardware.
• Note: Countertop not included, to be installed by the vendor.

Flooring

• Provide and install oak flooring.
• Sand and apply (3) coats of polyurethane.
